Sport (CrossFit) is our signature class offering. The only machine you’ll use in Sport is your body. Each hour-long class will incorporate cardio, body-weight (gymnastics) and weight-lifting (kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, etc). No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our certified coaches will ensure you get a challenging workout tailored to your current ability level while staying safe. This is a challenging and high-skill activity with rules similar to a game. There is a friendly competitive element to the training. This program is on the schedule as “Workout Of The Day”.
Sweat (CrossFit) is a more accessible program. You will be working out in the same class as the Sport level (and can even choose to try it), but this is less complex entry point. This is a fun and reasonably simple program with less complex movements, lower weights and higher reps.This program is a great way to get fit and have fun for those who either do not want to lift heavy or are not yet ready to. If you are worried about getting bulky or putting on too much muscle, this program is for you. Burn calories and improve fitness with fast, fun, functional movement. This program is on the schedule as “Workout Of The Day”.
This class is a great way to jump-start your fitness, lose weight and feel great. This is an eight-week series where you work out in the gym three times a week, and do 1-2 additional challenge workouts on your own as well. This is a fast paced class with lots and lots of cardio (running and burpees, yay!), simple, safe effective movements and lighter strength building tools like medicine balls and smaller dumbbells. There are no barbells in this class. The full eight-week series will enable you to jump into “Sweat” classes, as above, and eventually to CrossFit if you desire. The challenge can also be repeated as many times as you like
This is an add-on that can be used with any membership. Three times per week we will post cardio training ranging from sprints to hour long slow efforts. Members often get together to do this together or do it right after a class. Burn calories, improve performance, feel fast, be fast. This will generally be running, biking on the Assault Air Bike or rowing on the C2 Indoor Rower.
This is an add-on that can be used with any membership. This is a comprehensive program that will build intense muscle and strength. This program is powerful enough to bring any individual willing to put in the work to near-elite levels of strength and mass. This program has three components: in class, on your own and casual Sunday bench press group. This program consists of Power Lifting movements: Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, Strict Press and Bench Press.
This is an instructor-guided two hour slower paced class focusing on the two classic lifts of Weightlifting, meaning the sport of Olympic Lifting, The Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. This class focuses on building strength, speed and power (which is a combination of strength and speed). This counts as two classes for limited members.
Adventure Racing Class
Saturday class open to members and visitors. Prepare for Spartan Races, Tough Mudders and other obstacle races with our innovative class melding elements of CrossFit with the running, climbing, carrying and overcoming obstacles required in Obstacle Racing. This counts as one class for limited memberships.
We have extensive Open Gym hours, about 20 per week when members can come in to make up workouts or do our add-on programming. A Coach is always there to help. Counts as one class for limited members.
